Explosion Takes Place During Funeral For Hezbollah Fighters In Kfar Sir, In Lebanon An explosion disrupted a funeral on Wednesday (September 18) in Kfar Sir, a town in southern Lebanon, coinciding with a second day of devices, used by Hezbollah members, detonating.Reuters was able to independently verify the location by buildings' characteristcs and signs which matched file and satellite imagery of the area. Corroborating footage uploaded on Wednesday showed an explosion at the same location.Lebanon's health ministry reported that 20 people were killed and over 450 injured in Wednesday's blasts, which mainly occurred in Beirut's suburbs and the Bekaa Valley. The death toll from Tuesday's explosions rose to 12, including two children, with nearly 3,000 people injured.While Israeli officials have not commented, security sources claim Israel’s spy agency Mossad was behind the attacks. A Hezbollah official described the incident as the group’s biggest security breach in its history.
