Israeli Settlers Torch Cars In West Bank On 4 November, Jewish settlers reportedly torched 20 cars on the outskirts of Ramallah in an attack on Palestinian property, marking one of their boldest raids in the area, which serves as the Palestinians' administrative centre in the occupied West Bank. According to residents, a dozen masked attackers carrying petrol bombs targeted the Al-Bireh area around 3 a.m., setting vehicles ablaze in minutes. Local resident Ihab al-Zaben described how the settlers ignored attempts to stop them, allegedly opening fire when residents tried to extinguish the flames. Fires left the facade of a residential building blackened, with Israeli police and the Shin Bet security agency opening an investigation. The Palestinian Authority condemned the "brutal attack by settler militias," with its Ministry of Foreign Affairs calling for "comprehensive sanctions targeting the entire settler-colonial system." Hamas also condemned the incident, calling for an escalation in resistance to these attacks.
