If you remove your friends from your snapchat friend list then they won't be able to view any of your private stories, they'll only be able to view your public content or stories. Here is the step by step guide to delete someone from snapchat.
1. Open the Snapchat and go to the chat screen.
2. Find the friend you want to remove from your friends list
3. Then, Press and hold on the Friend's name.
4. Now, Click on the "Manage Friendship" option.
5. At last, Click on the "Remove Friend" option and remove your friend from the list.
